Color Seal is the professional’s choice in water-based color sealers. It is a unique blend of 100% non-blushing, deep-penetrating, self-crosslinking acrylic resin. It is easy to apply, easy to clean, quick-drying, environmentally-friendly, and resists water and ultraviolet (UV) light damage. Color Seal is designed to be used over Texture-Krete 2000 surfacing system as well as keystone, cool deck, and all concrete surfaces. Color Seal protects interior and exterior concrete and properly-prepared asphalt. It is ideal for commercial and residential use on pool decks, patios, walkways, and driveways.

About H₂Cool Technology

Our H₂Cool products are formulated with solar infrared (IR) reflective pigments, which reflect IR rays that cause heat and deterioration to surfaces. H₂Cool products prevent color loss and fading caused by the absorption of IR rays while lowering the temperature and extending the lifespan of the surface.

"Hands down best pool/deck concrete paint there is. Be warned though,proper preparation is key. If applying to previous oil based deck paint, thoroughly clean and use a bonding primer first. Use a mixing paddle before every use of this paint. Great product and all I will use."
